I am a fully qualified, insured practitioner based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. I am a full member of both The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA). I hold a Certificate of Competence awarded by the Nutritional Therapy Council, and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare council, that is funded by the Department of Health.
Offering treatments in Nutritional Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic drainage massage and Indian Head Massage, my practice in Stowmarket is also easily accessible from Ipswich, Felixstowe and Bury St. Edmunds, yet only 40 minutes drive away from Colchester, Cambridge and Norwich.
As a therapist I place utmost importance on healthy living, but all treatments can be adapted to reflect individual needs. Both complementary therapies and Nutritional Medicine work well alongside conventional medicine, but it should be noted that they should never be used in place of seeking medical advice wherever it becomes necessary.
