I am a fully qualified practitioner based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. I am a member of both The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
Offering treatments in Nutritional Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic drainage massage and Indian Head Massage, my practice in Stowmarket is also easily accessible from Ipswich, Felixstowe and Bury St. Edmunds, yet only 40 minutes drive away from Colchester, Cambridge and Norwich.

With the spread of the H1N1 virus (swine flu) and the usual onset of winter coughs and colds, we have all been made more aware of the importance of a strong immune system.
