Nutrition and Complementary Therapies in Suffolk

I had suffered with digestive problems and constipation for years, but as I got older the problems intensified. I had investigations and tests at the hospital but no problem was pinpointed. I was given various pills and potions but nothing really helped. I then visited Lesley for a consultation. She sent me a detailed report suggesting dietary measures and supplements. I bought all the supplements she recommended and stuck rigidly to the dietary instructions. Within days I was feeling so much better. My tummy was less bloated and going to the loo was much easier. Within a few weeks I was very regular and feeling very well. I had more energy and was not feeling tired all the time. The changes to my diet took a while to get used to and the supplements were not cheap but they were worth every penny. I am so glad I visited Lesley, who was very kind and friendly, and I will always be grateful for her help.

I look forward to my regular reflexology or facial sessions and find Lesley very accommodating, adapting a personalised treatment to include light aromatherapy massage for my arm, which has helped ease my tenosynovitis. My husband now also attends for aromatherapy sessions - Highly recommended.
